Abhinav joined in 2023 after briefly working as a UI/UX designer at a design agency, doing contract work for business management, wellness and user research companies.

As a UI/UX designer he is responsible for the research, design and development of Geodesys websites and products. Abhinav leverages his psychology background and knowledge of human behaviour to create user-friendly interfaces.

In his spare time Abhinav likes to play the guitar, play video games with his friends, and beating his colleagues at fantasy premier league.

Ellie is Commercial Operations Director at TIDE Services. She brings extensive experience from within the Anglian Water Group, where she has worked since 2008.

Ellie began her career with TIDE as Marketing Manager for Geodesys, after previously working in marketing roles across a variety of industries, including the property sector with Taylor Wimpey.

She later became Head of Marketing for TIDE Services in 2018 and went on to be promoted to Head of Business for Geodesys in 2021.

With a strong commercial and strategic focus, Ellie now leads the delivery of TIDE’s commercial operations, overseeing business development, product, marketing and design functions across Geodesys, digdat and Anglian Water Direct. She plays a key role in shaping and delivering growth strategies while ensuring strong operational performance across the business.

Outside of work, Ellie can often be found out on long walks with her Australian Labradoodle, Benji, cheering on her children from the sidelines of a football pitch, or heading out for a run to keep active.

Jonny has 40+ years of product and business development experience from various industries and joined the Geodesys team in 2015. He is responsible for relationships and partnerships with third party external suppliers, as well as driving and managing the business development activities of the sales team to both direct customers and resellers alike.

He acts as a key conduit internally between the sales team under his management, customer services, marketing and development so as to release, promote and support the best possible line up of products and services to our clients. Often involved in presentations, webinars and events, Jonny’s broad knowledge of the conveyancing market helps shape the direction TIDE takes now and into the future in all key strategic directions.

When not working Jonny collects, buys and sells comics and graphic novels, as well as trying to take care of a seemingly endless list of DIY jobs at home. Caravanning trips with his family and being an avid armchair football fan help him to relax.

Richard began his career as a graduate working with GIS within the Anglian Water Group before moving into software development. In 2010 he became Software Development Manager, leading the Geodesys team as they advanced the IT solutions. In 2018 Richard took on the role of Head of IT and Solutions and now heads up the delivery team and IT support to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Sandie started with Anglian Water Group back in 2006 within Strategic Asset Management as a Development Analyst. She moved over to Geodesys in 2010 as Product Development Manager to enhance product offerings.

‍

In later years, as Systems and Process Development Manager, she introduced a Customer Relationship Management system, improving communication and better understanding of the Geodesys customer base.

‍

In 2016 Sandie took on the role of Application Support Manager, to provide first and second line support and improve data quality. Under Sandie’s direction the Application Support team continue to enhance automation processes and support all areas of Geodesys.

Sandie has a zest for overseas travel, taking every opportunity available to immerse herself in everything that a country has to offer, embracing their culture, customs and not forgetting the cuisine!
