Geodesys Celebrates Conveyancing Awards Shortlist After CON29DW Innovation

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for The Conveyancing Awards in the Supplier Innovation and Support category.

This award is to recognise our ongoing partnership with Anglian Water alongside our new collaboration with Southern Water and Northumbrian Water. Over the last year we have been working with these organisations to modernise and innovate the ordering, delivery and final report of our CON29DW.

These reports now have a uniformed look reducing confusion, time wasting and improving functionality. As a result of this our clients can feel the benefit from having the premier drainage search on the market and homebuyers can feel confident in their property transaction.

Alongside this, we have adapted to future-proofing the CON29DW through regular workshops, structured feedback loops, AI supported query triaging and ongoing constructive dialogue with firms and water companies. Our goal throughout this project was to deliver conveyancers accurate, swift and reliable reports. Through our strong partnerships we have successfully delivered on that promise.

We are very proud of the team that has ensured this project happened and we are thrilled to be considered for the Supplier Innovation and Support Award at The Conveyancing Awards. We are looking forward to attending the awards in May at The Londoner Hotel.
